Photographer's Welcome

Welcome to Bavosi Photoart. At his web site, you will quickly notice that the gallery images depicting our environment take on the perspective and vision of photographer, Jim Bavosi. 

With over 50th years working in this art medium, he has been able to discern how a photograph can cause viewers to pause, view and think about what they perceive and how it personally affects them.

His abstract, nature, floral and landscape photos are mostly bold and bright and color saturated. Even his black and white presentations exhibit dynamic contrast and often represent the entire tonal range. 

Jim hopes that the treatments he gives to his photography subjects represent the passion he has for life and, and they are pleasing to visitors.

Jim recognizes that all our personal encounters and experiences contribute to who we become. In addition to those, unspoken communication is another important ingredient. 

Photography has proven to be a vital unspoken influencer on how we view our world. Jim maintains that so long as our eyes -as our most important lenses- are wide open, we all will continue to learn and grow. It is such an exciting journey. 

Photography has added so many wonderful moments in Jim's life.  He wishes that everyone fully enjoys their own life journey . 

Toward that, and representing his own personal perspective and philosophy, Jim shares this anonymous quote- 

"This is the beginning of a new day. You have been given this day to use as you will. You can waste it or use it for good. What you do today is important because you are exchanging a day of your life for it. When tomorrow comes, this day will be gone forever; in its place is something that you have left behind...let it be something good."
